Sumitha P. N. Kannan is the founder of AITQ Management Consulting and creator of the Business Profitability Triangle. She is a Profit Strategy and Quality Culture Consultant with more than 30 years of experience across manufacturing, electronics and quality-management leadership in US and Japanese multinational organisations and electronics service providers. She has also delivered local and international speaking engagements on quality culture, strategic quality management and the Business Profitability Triangle.
