The Quality Culture Diagnostic Scorecard is a 10–15 minute self-assessment that helps leaders and teams gauge how mature their quality culture is across three dimensions: Leadership & Strategy, Systems & Measurement, and People & Behaviours.

Users rate 12 statements from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree), then click Calculate Score to see overall and per-dimension scores, readiness percentages, maturity levels, and traffic-light status badges, supported by a radar chart and bar chart for quick visual interpretation.

Clicking 'Generate Insights' produces a consultant-style narrative with an executive overview, key strengths and gaps, and suggested focus areas for the next 6–12 months, personalised with any organization details entered.

The 'Print Page' button lets users save everything—including the full Insights text—as a PDF for reporting, sharing with leadership, and tracking progress over time.
